After the first two rounds of intense preliminary contests, Teacher-Student Basketball Game is held in the stadium at 7 p.m. on April 12th. This Teacher-Student Basketball Game is entertaining. Additionally, the game rules are creative and new: each attack must be passed through by the girls, and they can double the scores. Let us watch this great game now.
Before the game starts, a tall girl from English class makes two goals, so the score instantly becomes 8:0. However, the other team, without a sign of weakness, resolutely fight back. The counsellor Chenlin Yang receives a round of applause. At the three-quarters of the race, the score is only by one point. The English class continues to attack under the leadership of Professor Hu.
Then the two teams launch a tug of war. Up by 5 points with 30 seconds left in the game, the English class has the ball. Another team decidedly uses foul tactics, but they fail to ban the free throw line. Eventually, the English class seizes the opportunity and wins the game as 42:31. Congratulations!
After a short break, the players from German class and Unite class enter to the field. The title game begins!
In this final, counselor Chenfeng Yan stands for German classes, Yong Zhong represents the joint team (Japanese class and translation class). At beginning, the joint team forestalls and scores a goal, but the German team resolutely fights back. The field is more intense than before perhaps because it is the final today, and even the teachers and girls join in the game. With time goes by, both team are at horse and horse. At this moment, counselor Chenfeng Yan scores two goals, then the gap is widen to 13 points. After a great effort, the joint team catches up with the German team and finally overtakes 3 points.
After a short break, the second half of final begins, both sides are more cautious by reducing the errors. But with the two goal from counselor Chenfeng Yan, German team enlarges the gap again. The game enters to the most intense phase. Finally, the German team beats the joint team as 57:43 and gets the champion! Professor Hu awards honorary certificates and prizes to all the players.
All in all, we are very happy for being the students who belong to the school of foreign language. The Teacher-Student Basketball Game successfully closes with people’s laughter and happiness.
