Yuan Tan is the Professor at School of Foreign Languages and Literature at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). His research spans fault German literature, translation study, comparative literature. He is the project leaders of some national research grants. He is widely published in the leading scholarly journals in foreign literature study. Professor Tan teaches in many of HUST Education programs as well as German literature including Literature History, Literature Translation and Intercultural Analysis.
