The dorm culture festival held by the Rights and Interests Department of School of Foreign Languages ends successfully on the open space next to a tennis court at 11 a.m. on October 26th. This festival consists of four activities, i.e. My “Wonderful” Roommates, A Love Letter to My Roommates, Special Doorplate and Interesting Group Activities.
In the online activity My “Wonderful” Roommates, students share with people their roommates’ distinct personalities and warm stories. In A Love Letter to My Roommates, everyone expresses their sincerer love to the roommates passionately.
Except for verbal expression, actions are also taken to show students’ love to their dorms. All the dorms are redecorated with wall papers, curtains, as well as special and creative doorplates made from waste papers to make them feel more like homes.
In the Interesting Group Activities part, all the freshmen and the sophomore tutors take part in various team games which they finish perfectly.
After finishing the four activities, room 122 wins the first prize, room 209 win the second prize, and room 208 and other four room rank third. Room 207 and other seven room get honorable mentions.
